Palmara offers up to five investment structures tailored to different investor profiles and time horizons. In every case, investors gain access to opportunities with an operator actively involved in execution.
Palmara works with a highly specific investor profile. We are not a mass-market crowdfunding platform. We partner with serious private capital as an active operator.
Our investors are already investing — in real estate, equities, or funds — and are seeking an alternative with greater real upside. They understand the risk. They understand the asset. They just need the operator.
All investment structures share one thing in common: Palmara is actively involved in the execution of the asset. This is not a platform that connects and disappears — we are part of the project.
The process is designed to give investors all the information they need before committing capital. No pressure. No generic forms.
These are the questions we get most often before the first call. If yours isn’t listed, we’d be happy to answer it directly.
Ask a question →Palmara is a real estate operator, not a financial entity registered as a fund manager.
What Palmara does: identifies opportunities, structures investment vehicles, operates assets, and manages the investor relationship throughout the entire lifecycle of the project.
What Palmara does not do: does not raise funds directly, does not manage investor accounts, does not act as a regulated financial entity under MiFID II.
The returns mentioned are estimates based on market analysis and operational projections. They do not constitute a guarantee. As with any real asset investment, there is a risk of partial or total loss of capital.
We’ll explain which projects are currently active, which option best fits your profile, and what returns you can reasonably expect.
